2. Send us an Evangelism Proposal including the following information:

Church or Ministry Name
Contact Address
Contact Phone and Email Address
Detail about your Evangelism/Outreach Plan

Email Proposal to info@lifezonetv.com
Deadline for Proposal Submission is January 15, 2020

3. Proposals will be reviewed and selected Proposals will be entered for a drawing during the Evangelism Summit on January 18, 2020

4. There will be a public drawing and the winner will be announced at Evangelist Summit.
